Our History

How It All Began

Exhibition Park Family Chiropractic opened its doors in 2026, but the experience behind it runs much deeper. Our practitioners have been caring for Guelph families since the early 1990s — bringing decades of trusted, hands-on chiropractic care to our new home in the Exhibition Park neighbourhood.

Dr. Michelle Whitney has been a valued member of Guelph’s chiropractic community since 1991, and Dr. Paul Roros adds his extensive clinical experience to the practice. Their combined efforts have created a clinic that truly values each patient’s unique needs and provides top-notch care.

We're proud to be part of Guelph's Exhibition Park neighbourhood — a community we've been serving for generations, now with a fresh home base.

Dr. Michelle Whitney

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Michelle Whitney has been providing family chiropractic care in Guelph since graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 1991. Her passion for chiropractic was shaped early through close mentorship with her father, Dr. John Whitney.

Her approach is grounded in the principle that the body possesses an innate ability to heal and self-regulate. When this natural intelligence is disrupted by vertebral subluxations, overall function can be compromised. Chiropractic adjustments are used to restore proper nervous system communication, supporting the body's ability to function at its full potential.

Dr. Whitney is trained in a wide range of adjusting techniques and draws on decades of clinical experience to tailor each treatment to the individual. She believes chiropractic care is for everyone — not just those experiencing pain, but anyone seeking to enhance their overall health and nervous system function.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Whitney has completed advanced studies in neurophysiology, neuroanatomy, and functional neurological assessment. She integrates neurologically focused rehabilitation techniques to support optimal brain and nervous system health, with a focus on pediatric care, concussion management in athletes, and healthy aging.

Dr. Roros takes an individualized approach to care, recognizing that each patient has unique needs, goals, and health challenges. His focus is on delivering high-quality, results-driven treatment for patients of all ages.
