Book Your Appointment
Call us or send a message through our contact form to schedule your first visit. No referral is needed. Let us know a bit about what brings you in and we'll match you with the right practitioner.

Complete Your Intake Form
We'll send you a short intake form to complete before your visit. This helps us understand your health history, current concerns, and goals so we can make the most of your appointment time.

Your First Visit
Your first appointment is typically 45–60 minutes. Your chiropractor will conduct a thorough health history review and physical assessment, discuss your goals, and — if appropriate — begin your first treatment.

Your Care Plan
After your assessment, your chiropractor will explain their findings and recommend a personalized care plan. You'll always know what to expect and why — no surprises.
What to Bring
- Any relevant X-rays, MRI, or medical imaging (if available)
- A list of current medications or supplements
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
- Any referral letters from your physician (not required, but helpful)
Insurance & Billing
After your visit, you’ll receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If you have questions about coverage, we recommend checking with your insurance company before your appointment.
